About this apartment rental
Rent all seasons in Aytré apartment T3 duplex for 4 people in very good condition. Rooms painted white. Kitchen repainted in March 2021.
On the first floor:
- fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher.
- living room with sofa, lover, floor cushion, large TV, coffee table, round table, 4 chairs, several lamps - wifi
. The living room opens onto a terrace with small garden.
- Toilet with rattan cabinet
Exterior
- garden furniture with 6 chairs, 1 table, parasol, relax chair, deck chair (electric plancha)
Floor
- 2 bedrooms with cupboards, one of which has a balcony on which there is 1 table and two chairs, (beds of 140 in each room with duvets and pillows)- 1 cot for baby with mattress.
Bed linen is not provided. Is it possible to rent them?
- Bathroom refurbished with washing machine.

- Accepts a small dog but not cats
- Deposit of €400 required

Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire. Charmante. Maison top, très propre et tout est pensé (jusqu'au savon pour les mains, le papier toilette, le produit vaisselle...)
