Appartement très bien situé pour visiter la Rochelle à pied ou à vélo. Possibilité de stationner gratuitement son véhicule dans un parking couvert sécurisé à proximité du logement. Même chose pour les vélos. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Propriétaire très agréable.
La rue est très bruyante la nuit, ce qui nous a gêné car à cause de la chaleur, on laissait les fenêtres ouvertes. Cela ne doit pas être un problème hors période estivale.

la localisation : plein centre, à 2 minutes à pied du port ! le logement est spacieux L'appartement est également bien équipé.
la salle de bain mériterait une petite rénovation SUGGESTION : mettre à disposition 1 ou 2 ventilateurs car en période de canicule c'est utile d'autant que la façade de l'immeuble est exposée au soleil pratiquement toute la journée
