This is my second stay at this apartment - it is perfect for one or a couple. The salon is incredible - the kitchen so wonderfully full of all needs. Very easy to access and enjoy. Quiet inner courtyard full of morning light. Gorgeous. I will return! *one concern is the person who manages the place and the bed linen. All linen and towels etc is extra (not included in price). She did not provide duvet cover and the duvet had blood stains which she said she was aware of. I asked for duvet cover and she said she was away and unable to provide. There was just a sheet. Was unpleasant. When leaving I explained that this is not acceptable and this offered less money for the linen and she became very rude. Too bad to end like this - still I loved it very much and will come back (with my own linen!).

Wonderful stay! Will go again, without a doubt. The location is priceless. The appartement is quite big. The kitchen has everything you need and beyond. There is a parking around the corner which makes it very convenient. I highly recommend this place. The host is very nice. Just a nice and quiet place to stay in La Rochelle.

This lovely apartment was the ideal base of operations for my two-month stay in La Rochelle. Proximate to all the local attractions and necessities, I was grateful for the ability to relax in the beautiful salon and shared garden at the end of my pleasant days spent in the Old Port, the central market, and neighboring islands. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was adequate to my needs, and I never wanted for a car given the apartment’s perfect location. The check-in/out process was a breeze and I look forward to my next visit!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ganz zentral in der Nähe des Hafens von La Rochelle und ist großzügig eingerichtet. Leider sind in der deutschen Beschreibung einige Fehler enthalten, wobei es für den Mieter unerheblich ist, ob diese vom Vermieter oder von der Internet Plattform zu verantworten sind.
In der Beschreibung ist ein Wäschetrockner erwähnt, der nicht vorhanden ist.
Zweitens ist in der deutschen Beschreibung unter Parken ein Parkplatz erwähnt, so dass wir davon ausgehen mussten, dass es sich um einen privaten, kostenlosen Stellplatz handelt. Gemeint ist allerdings ein tagsüber zu bezahlender öffentlicher kleiner Parkplatz, auf dem man manchmal nur mit großem Glück und nach einiger Wartezeit einen Platz erhascht.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und die Endreinigung sind nicht im Mietpreis enthalten. Dafür verlangt die von den Besitzern beauftragte Verwalterin einen stolzen Preis.
