For a rental in La Rochelle, a renovated 2nd-floor apartment in a residence located in a quiet area with a view of the sea and the beach, 80 m to 20 m away.
“right on the water”: in fact, all you have to do is walk down a few steps, cross a footpath, and you’re at the beach!
The beach, the island of Ape, the cove where racing sailboats: can’t be seen from the living room and terrace, which face west and south!
The apartment is available at
- The bathroom was completely renovated nine months ago (shower, sink, and toilet)
- Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine
- A large living room opening onto a terrace perfect for breakfast for 6.
- 1 bedroom (south-facing) with a fixed bed (140x200).
The second bed is a convertible sofa bed in the living room (140x200).
Large-screen Sony TV and DVD player in the living room.
Internet and Wi-Fi access, as well as 120 TV channels via the “free-to-air box” installed in the apartment. Phone line for incoming calls only.
Small south-facing balcony for bicycle storage,
Common area (where you’ll find the private parking space in the building with an access key to open the barriers or “direct access”) 100 m away.
This apartment is spacious and bright, no matter the season. Opportunities to go shopping on foot (3 minutes from the beach). “Carrefour” supermarket 4 minutes by car. Many walking trails, playgrounds, swimming, sailing, and windsurfing in the Bay of Rochelle, on the islands of Ré, Oléron, and Aix.
Weekly rate: varies by season (from 300 to 790 euros; see details in the appendix)
Weekend rental: available only if the desired period is at least 10 days.
