L'appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Des places gratuites sont situées à 100m de l'appartement. Un petit exterieur complète le bien mais on n'a pas pu en profiter avec la météo capricieuse.
Le point négatif est la literie qui peut être meilleure et il y avait une odeur de tabac froid sur les draps qui n'était pas très agréable. Assez mal isolé, on entend les personnes et la musique au-dessus de l'appartement.

La situation dans un quartier résidentiel ,calme et excentré de La Rochelle L’espace et l’aménagement du petit appartement très confortable
Le fait que l’appartement soit en rez de chaussée directement sur la rue sans entrée ou espace de transition entre le trottoir et le séjour Avec du coup : bruits extérieurs et manque d’intimité lorsque quelqu’un ouvre la porte d’entrée … Problème de chauffe eau un matin avec manque d’eau chaude pour prendre la douche
