A comfortable accommodation for a family stay. Ideal for 4 people. The two-story design was very convenient. The surrounding areas of Otsuka and Ikeburuko were very close and easily accessible. The cleanliness and comfort of the house were adequate. It was also great that there were markets within walking distance. The bathroom, kitchen, and rooms were functional.

Being so close to the tram line can be disturbing at night if you're very sensitive to sleep. The kitchen equipment could have been more extensive. I would have expected a coffee machine. The urinal in the bedroom wakes you up by cleaning itself at night. We couldn't turn it off, but maybe it can be turned off.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Tokyo dans cette petite maison indépendante très bien équipée. Le logement est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare d'Otsuka et du animé quartier d'Ikebuturo, parfaitement situé sur la JR Yamanote Line. Contrairement à certains avis, nous avons trouvé facilement la maison à notre arrivée, grâce aux photos de l'annonce et à Google Maps. Le logement était très propre et les édredons très cosy. Nous planifions déjà un prochain voyage l'année prochaine et nous serons heureux de revenir dans ce logement !

Nous avons eu du mal à enclencher le chauffage au départ, et nous n'avons pas compris comment fonctionne le système de poubelle au Japon. Une petite notice en plus serait le top!

屋子裝潢漂亮用心，廚房設備優，使用方便。

屋主和住客之間的聯繫，僅能透過Booking平台，而平台在轉達屋主訊息上面有問題，導致第一天晚上無法順利入住，甚為遺憾。
