Bell'appartamento molto spazioso, accessoriato di tutto (c'è addirittura la lavatrice), in grado di offrire un soggiorno molto confortevole. Pur essendo a due passi dal vivace lungomare di Valona, l'appartamento si trova in una stradina secondaria, che rimane quindi tranquilla e silenziosa. Plus degno di nota il garage dove parcheggiare il proprio mezzo. Molto comodi anche i due spaziosi balconi, uno dei quali arredato con sedie e tavolino, e l'altro accessoriato con un utilissimo stendibiancheria. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili.
Il bagno è davvero molto piccolo. L'aria condizionata è solo nella zona soggiorno, ma sarebbe molto più utile nelle camere da letto, colpite tutto il giorno dal sole, e quindi caldissime la sera e di notte.
