Site management staff were exceptional. Went the extra mile and then some

TV too complicated to work - too many choices. The bed matrasses were very hard. Not a fan of the room doors

No mention anywhere about the lift not working for some time now. Very inconvenient! No mention anywhere about prepaid electricity. The bar in the lounge is too big and is wasting space. Empty whiskey and other alcohol bottles in kitchen. Not sure why this is being kept there Main bedroom bathroom without a door is a big issue. Not nice having to keep closing the blinds when using the bathroom

The fact that we were not informed when making the booking that we had to purchase electricity ourselves. We had to pay a cleaning fee of R 250 but fans in the room were not clean, nor were the windows. The automatic door tag did not work, we reported it but no replacement was available, this meant that we could not gain access via the front door nor via the gate to the beach and braai area. An ex-manager offered that if we get stuck at the door we could phone him and he would let us in. The flat is small (ok in its self) but more than half of the lounge is taken up by a bar? No door on the main room toilet meant every time you had to close the bedroom blinds
