Koronao Apartment - Bari Old City

Great location in the heart of the old town. Thank goodness for the double door almost soundproofing as we were not expecting St Nicolas parade bands right outside ar 7.00 in the morning.

The bed... most uncomfortable..Definitely needing a new mattress as we spent most nights trying to climb out of the dip in the middle

Egyedüli negatív számomra, hogy nagyon kemény volt a párna és magas, de ez ízlés kérdése, ki amihez szokott hozzá.

The place was perfect for what I wanted - which was a bed right in the centre of town - about 100 yards from the basilica of St Nicholas. For the celebrations on 6th December the events started at 4 in the morning and went on until 10 in the evening, so it was great to have a place so close. There was no breakfast at the property, however there were plenty of cafes around that offered pastries and coffee etc. The cafes also offered great sandwiches for lunch and dinners in the evening - or you could go for a few mins walk to one of many larger restaurants nearby which often had outside seating - thankfully covered given the weather. The arrangements for accessing and using the apartment were great. The apartment was very basic, but that was fine for my purposes. Even had wifi so I could check my emails etc.

Ideally could have had a hob etc, but as I wasnt thinking of cooking it didnt bother me.
