Location, extended facilities (dryer inclusive), attention to details. Beds were comfy.
The water in the bathroom sink was pouring slowly, so we preferred using the kitchen sink all the time. There was little space in the shower cabin. Even if the property was not underground, it seemed so, the only natural light being available through the door entrance. We've been a group of four, but there were only two large towels and two small towels. Also, they asked to take out the garbage when we left (and we did it), which is a little unusual.

La ubicación y el trato con la dueña, quien contestaba de inmediato
El lugar NO está preparado para 4 personas es demasiado chico, lo mismo que la ducha. Pero eso no sería nada , lo peor es la Humedad que hay, las sábanas se humedecía, viaje con mí marido que es asmático y la verdad que no lo pasamos nada bien con ese tema.
