الشقة عبارة عن استوديو غرفة واحدة … وفيها ناحية كمطبخ فيها كل الاحتياجات الضرورية من صحون ومعالق … وحمام مناسب فيه غسالة ومزودة بكل احتياجاتها من صابون وغيره … الغرفة فيها ارفف مخفية … ونافذة بانورامية جميلة… وتعتبر في نهاية شارع السوق القديم … ويجاوره شقة اخرى بجانبها تستطيع ان تؤجرها لمرافق او العيال … فيها بلكونه تعتبر منطقة جلوس … المسؤول متعاون جداً
دولاب التعليق صغير جداً… لا يوجد صندوق امانات … (تقدر تطلبه) … لا يوجد تنظيف للشقة … تقدر تطلب مدبرة منزل (بمقابل) …. لا يوجد غرفة جلوس (البلكونة فيها كراسي للجلوس) …. الشقة في عمارة (لها مصعدها الخاص) …. الدخول بمفاتيح … الشقة لشخصين لا مجال لسرير زائد (بإمكانك تاجير الشقة المقابلة)
