Clean and comfortable, perfect position.

Our host was very accommodating and helpful and a quick message away. We were able to extend our stay and were moved to another apartment. Both apartments were clean, modern, and spacious. We were able to check in early, and we were able to leave our luggage in storage after checkout due to a late flight. We were able to pay in cash at the end of the stay. The neighbourhood is safe, so we rested well. And its location is great for walking to the city centre and old town. If we are to return to Sarajevo, this would be on the top of the list to stay at.

Shower water pressure can be a little low.

We stayed as a group of four adults and two children, and all of us enjoyed the stay very much. First of all, the apartment was extremely clean. Even my very particular grandmother was impressed; she didn’t even feel the need to use her own sheets, which she normally does! There was plenty of space for everyone, and the apartment was well-equipped with almost everything we needed. Whenever something was missing, it was promptly provided. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and Ahmed was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was a bit cold when we first checked in, likely due to its size, but it warmed up nicely after a few hours. There is an elevator in the building, and the entrance is suitable for wheelchairs (unless very wide) as well as strollers. I would definitely come back to this place in the future.

In one of the rooms the heater was not working, so we used the air conditioning instead. In the end, it wasn’t a problem for us, but I believe it should be fixed as soon as possible, as it could be an issue on colder days.
