Appartement bien situé et bien équipé pour quatre. La gestionnaire était très professionnelle, avec une bonne communication et service. Elle a réglé quelques lacunes d’arrivée rapidement et efficacement.
L’appartement conviendrait mieux à l’été qu’à l’hiver. Même s’il chauffait bien, les fenêtres sont vielles et laissent passer du froid. Le chauffage fonctionnait bien, cependant. L’électricité aurait aussi besoin d’être modernisé.
