La atencion buenisima, la habitación super,muy buena ubicación

Podría ser un poco mas variado el desayuno pero igual esta ok

A beautiful guest house run by a very nice family. The staff was especially helpful when I got food poisoning at a restaurant - helping us to get to the hospital then cooking "bland" meals while my condition improved. Great breakfast! Central location and easy to walk to restaurants, parks and historical sites like the Registan.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable...

The front is where hotel owner's family room and we stayed in the back part of the complex.

Everything was clean and the hotel looks nice. They let us do an early check-in but when we went to collect our bags after check out, the owner was very rude did not allow us to sit in the sofas while ordering the taxi and kick us out saying we were not anymore in the hotel.

No English at all!! They just start shouting in their language and you need to use translator. We message them to ask if we could pay by card, they said yes but when paying they were asking for cash instead. Also, we told them to pay the arrival day and they said “it’s ok, later” we arrived late in the night and they following they they started shouting on us 7am even before breakfast “you have not paid” (obviously in their language) and once we paid they were kind of bipolar 😓
