Hotel Muqaddas

The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the Registan (walking) and is close to many restaurants and coffee shops. The room was comfortable and clean, and there are clean water dispensers on each floor. There was a decent range of options at the breakfast buffet.

The staff didn't seem particularly organised, for example Booking.com messaged me to ask whether I had checked in because the hotel had indicated that I didn't, which wasn't true. They were also a bit confusing about payment, as they didn't seem to want to let me pay by credit card and instead preferred cash, yet it later turned out that I could pay with my card. It would also be ideal if each bedroom had a kettle.

Very good location right in the heart of Samarkand near Registan square. Friendly staff, big room.

Wi-Fi in the room did not work so well.

Freundliches Personal, TopLage, Zimmer 305 und 306 gehen direkt auf eine große Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit Sofas und Tisch.Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.Sehr sauber, auch das Bad, modern , schlicht, angenehm möbliert.Wasserkocher im Zimmer.Viele Kleiderbügel.Zwei Mini-Märkte und ein Fastfood in 2 Min.Entfernung, sowie großer Taxistand.Sehenswürdigkeiten alle fußläufig erreichbar.

Kein Kühlschrank, obwohl ich beim Einchecken gefragt hatte und es hieß ja. Touristensteuer wurde erhoben, obwohl normalerweise bei booking inkuldiert, da ich kurzfristig mit viel Rabatt gebucht hatte, habe ich nicht weiter insistiert.Mir wurde das falsche Wifi Passwort für mein Stockwerk gegeben, auch mit dem richtigen war es nicht immer super.

スタッフがフレンドリーで、荷物を階段で運んでくれました。お部屋のテラスが広くてとても良かったです。室内は清潔でした。

バスルームが汚かったです。バスマットが靴で踏んだ跡があり、汚れていました。シャワーホルダーは修復してください。ティッシュペーパーが枕元にあると良かったと思います。
