The location is perfect, bus, tram and subway stations are in front of the apartment, and there is a big shopping mall Mammoth just around the corner.

The apartment needs maintenance. Double bed in the mezzanine collapsed due to broken joint between central beam and bed frame, shower rail is torned out of the wall, bathroom door handle is loose, and Venetian blinds handle is broken. The mezzanine height is too low (approx 170cm) and there should be a warning sign so the tenants are aware of it. There is also a problem with a privacy as there is a coffee table outside of apertment which is located right in front of the only window in the apartment and where all the neighbours are using so basically you need to keep the blinds shut all the time if you want some privacy. One more thing, don't open the window in the bathroom, there is a reason why the glass is blurred.

Sajnos a természetes fény kevés. Egy klíma biztosítja a fűtést, aki télen kevésnek tűnik. A galérián meleg van, viszont a nappali szinten hideg marad.
