Byt je naprosto skvělý, lokalita pro nás ideální
Naprosto strašná komunikace ze strany agentury, která byt pronajímá. Automatizované zprávy, které můj počítač vyhodnotil jako spam. Naprosto nefunkční scanner v portálu on line check in, systém po mě chtěl i osobní doklady mých nezletilých dětí, což opravdu není standard, zkoušela jsem napsat email ale odpovídal jenom chat bot a když jsem zavolala po telefonu, ozvalo se mi call centrum z jiného kontinentu. Booking.com se mi líbil, když to bylo osobní, ale tento naprosto odosobněný systém je horší než nějaký řetězový hotel.

Es wurde kein früherer Check-in oder späterer Check-out ermöglicht, obwohl das Apartment davor und danach auch nicht besetzt war. Das ist sehr schade und nicht kundenorientiert.

God placering i forhold til indkøb og offentlig transport
Ingen mulighed for regulering af temp på vand i bruser og det blev IKKE lavet trods klage og besøg af udlejer. Vandet var SÅ VARMT at man ikke kunne bruse sig
