Great location. Large clean and airy apartment. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Host was there for arrival and departure, keeping our suitcases in storage for when we departed and carrying them up and down the stairs. He was warm, wecoming and very helpful. View from windows up to the castle area was beautiful.
It would have been nice to open the doors fully to the balcony. Although its not big enough to sit out on being able to open the bifold doors would have been lovely as the weather was amazing. Some noise from road but I use earplugs at night so didn't bother me.

Absolutely EVERYTHING, the apartment itself was a perfect fit for us, a party of four. The beds were so comfortable, having aircon was a huge plus and the walk up 3 flights of stairs was so worth it. Communication with the staff was great and they genuinely wanted to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible!
Nothing at all!
