I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for such a beautiful stay at your villa. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and peaceful. The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed and had such a calm, positive atmosphere that it instantly felt like home. I really appreciated your kindness and the way you made sure everything was taken care of. The little touches throughout the villa showed how much effort and care you put into creating a great experience for your guests. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Dissapointed!
My experience was ruined by the unhelpful, rude, and negative behavior of the staff, so whatever I liked doesn’t really matter, because overall my experience was spoiled
Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff, especially Miss Yasmien. The staff here are rude, unwilling to help, and display a shockingly negative attitude. We paid a lot of money to book this accommodation, but unfortunately, the companies managing these villas seem to keep staff without teaching them basic hospitality, and they clearly do no supervision. This is supposed to be a hotel and service industry where the prime purpose is hospitality, yet the staff here do not even understand the meaning of hospitality. I am truly very disappointed. I love this location and the villa itself, but the staff members completely ruin the experience and will stop me from booking this villa again in the future. Next time, I will definitely look for other accommodations.
