View of Paradise

The apartment is located at the very top of the complex, so it provides quite a bit of privacy. It is well equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay.

A little softer bed.

Lovely apartment on a gated estate. No problem parking in the street. Met by Kate who handed us the keys and showed us round. Apartment is as described with everything you might need. There are 2 terraces, one on the same floor as the apartment and an upper terrace accessed by a small spirally staircase . The area is quiet and within 10 mins walking there are a couple of shops and a handful of restaurants.

Unfortunately there was scheduled maintenance work being undertaken on our terrace and the adjoining terraces in other apartments. The maintenance work started at 7 am on the Monday. We contacted the agent and he told us he had no prior knowledge of this. He contacted the property owner and the initial response was that if the work carried on for longer than 2 days then booking.com would be contacted and a 2 day refund would be arranged. We agreed to this as the alternative we were informed was to move out and seek alternative accomodation, which we werent keen to do so at such short notice. Unfortunately booking.com refunded 5 days accomodation in error and I made the agent aware of this. In the end, we had to pay the agent the difference directly to him as otherwise we were told we had to vacate the property by 10am the next day. The maintenance work carried on till the Friday and if the workmen weren't working on our terrace, they were still using our terrace to access other terraces and store their equipment like ladders. This restricted our use of the terrace during daylight hours on our 7 day stay and as a consequence we were having to make alternative plans just to stay out of the apartment during the day. We spoke to a couple next door and they rented their apartment through AirBnB and they had been informed of the maintenance work 5 days before their arrival. Had we been informed as well , we would probably have made alternative plans.

Peut-être une literie et une salle de bain plus actuelles ….mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent ,

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hübsch möbiliert und gut ausgestattet. Toller Blick über den Atlantik vom Wohnzimmer und dem hübschen Balkon. Komfortables und bequemes Bett. Zur Anlage gehört ein schöner Pool, den wir aber nie benutzt haben. Parkplätze vor der Anlage waren jederzeit vorhanden. Sehr ruhig und entspannt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen im Norden.
