Apartamento Los Balandros

Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en zelfs veel meer .Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig zoals afwasmachine, wasmachine,etc. Ook een zeer mooi terras,tuin. Eén van de weinigen in het complex. Eigenaar Raul is zeer betrokken en is zowel bij aankomst als vertrek persoonlijk aanwezig.

Kan niets bedenken dat tegenviel. Als ik dan toch een tip moet geven, dan zouden wat bier-en wijnglazen of cava glazen welkom zijn naast de frisdrank glazen.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and even had dishwasher tablets and detergent for washing machine etc. The lounge was comfortable with a tv and plenty of books to read. No English tv channels but with Netflix in English and You Tube etc. The bathroom was large with a lovely hot, powerful shower. Plenty of towels too. Bedroom was again large with a massive comfortable bed and plenty of room in the wardrobe and a safe. The garden was brilliant with a wonderful view of the pools and 2 lovely sunbeds to soak the suns rays. The private garage car parking space was perfect. The best thing about this apartment though was the owner Raul. His communication was perfect from the moment we booked right up to collecting the keys and then later departing. He is a genuinely nice guy who wants to make sure you have the best time staying in his apartment. He messaged during the holiday to see if we needed anything which was a nice touch. The apartment had everything though so there was nothing we needed extra but it was good of him. We will definitely return here as we loved it so much and you could not ask for a better host.... La limpieza, el estado de la vivienda, la tranquilidad (sin ruidos externos) , comodidad del alojamiento en general y de la cama (en particular). Vivienda, complejo y zona, en general, están muy bien. Tiene fácil acceso a la autopista TF1 que a su vez conecta con el resto de la Isla (próximos al aeropuerto Sur y muelle los Cristianos)
