Beds not comfortable very hard felt like camp beds table and chairs very basic hard to sit on and could benifit from at least one more comfy armchair and garden furniture in back garden

Good location, very friendly staff, clean
Could use a bit more decorating, a bit too clinical, improve light blockage from backdoor neighbours. All discussed with owners and will be improved.

No AC which meant there wasn’t an escape from the heat anywhere sadly. Spent some time in the car to get AC during hot points of the day
