Con una piacevole passeggiata sei sul lungomare. Sulla via principale bar e ristoranti. Parcheggio in zona. L'appartamento era ben messo pulito e ben accessoriato. Molto tranquillo e letti comodi. La proprietaria ci ha dato un'ora in più per il check out, e ci ha fatto comodo.

Tutto bene, ma il cuscino per me era un po alto...

We really enjoyed our stay at this place, it was even better than we expected! The apartment is spacious and well designed, with two comfortable bedrooms, a huge living room combined with the kitchen, a balcony, and a terrace. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, as we never had to wait for each other. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a hairdryer, washing machine, and even a beach umbrella and beach mat, which was a lovely bonus. The area is quiet and peaceful, so we were able to relax and rest very well. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute drive to Las Américas, and there are many restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Proprietate excelenta! Curatenie impecabila! Totul nou si de calitate. Intr-adevar, baia care este in camera are un dus care nu se poate folosi fiind in acelasi loc cu wc-ul si este cu usa transparenta, dar aceste informatii se vad foarte bine in pozele expuse, deci este o asumare. Cealalta baie cu dus a fost foarte OK. Terasa mare pentru cei ce stau mult la cazare poate ar fi un plus dar nu am folosit-o pentru ca aveam inca una mai mica cu masa si scaune. In rest, nu ne-a lipsit nimic.

Die Eigentümerin ist mega freundlich egal was ist sofort da. Defektes Bügeleisen kam sie direkt am nächsten Tag mit einem neuen.

Leider gibt es irgendwo ein leck am Dach was dazu geführt hat das in einem Schlafzimmer die komplette Wand nass war und größten teils zu Schimmeln angefangen an.
