Lovely and clean and a brilliant location

Our stay at Palomba Boutique Apartment was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better base for our family trip to Rome! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, and the overall impression was simply fantastic. The apartment itself is incredibly charming and beautiful. It was perfectly equipped with everything our family needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The location is, without a doubt, one of its greatest assets. Situated right in the heart of Rome, we found ourselves within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Exploring the city with children was a breeze, as everything felt so accessible. Beyond the sights, the neighborhood offered a fantastic selection of restaurants and shops, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. What truly made this experience exceptional was our host, Nicole. She was absolutely brilliant – extremely kind, warm, and always available to assist us with any information or help we needed, at any time. Her hospitality made a huge difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was, in a word, superb, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Palomba Boutique Apartment to anyone visiting Rome. If we ever have the pleasure of returning to Rome, we would absolutely love to stay in this wonderful apartment again!

Excellent location and new furniture

Kitchen and bathroom were cheap and had multiple issues and many taps/cupboards were broken or damaged. We struggled to get hot water from the shower and it was not powerful. On day one the downstairs neighbour warned us that noise travelled in between the apartments because of the wooden floors, which meant we were very conscious of our two children walking around. When we arrived there was no toilet roll but some was delivered later that evening. We also had issues with getting into the apartment and building doors as it was completely reliant on mobile phone signal which was difficult between the thick walls.
