Pantheon Boutique Apartment "La Dolce Vita"

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer heat and made coming back after a day of sightseeing an absolute pleasure. The location simply couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything and within easy walking distance of all the major sights. Having the beautiful Pantheon just moments away made every stroll feel magical, with countless cafés, restaurants, and charming streets right on our doorstep. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location, this apartment is the perfect choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and located in an exceptional neighborhood, just a few steps from the Pantheon, right in the heart of Rome and within easy walking distance of almost all the main attractions in the city center. The adjoining street is lively and offers a wide selection of excellent restaurants. This is probably the best location if you want to explore Rome on foot. The friendly hosts are always available and respond quickly to questions and requests. The bedrooms are spacious, and we particularly appreciated having air conditioning during this very hot time of the year. In short, this apartment is an outstanding choice for a carefree stay in Rome.

The host was friendly, responsive, and provided a great experience from start to finish. The location is undoubtedly the apartment’s strongest feature—right in the heart of everything, with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not live up to our expectations. The photos make it appear much nicer and more modern than it is in reality. While the cleaning staff did their best, the property is clearly showing its age and is in need of renovation. The kitchen and bathroom were particularly disappointing. The bathroom had mold in and above the shower, significant limescale buildup, and a very small sink for a two-bedroom apartment. The kitchen appliances were old and dusty, and the overall standard did not match what we expected for the price. There were also maintenance issues during our stay: the air conditioning in one bedroom was not working, and we experienced a full day without internet access. At more than €200 per night, we expected a considerably higher standard of accommodation. In addition, one of the bedrooms faces a busy street, making it noisy until late at night. Deliveries to the restaurant below begin early in the morning, so light sleepers may struggle to get a good night’s rest. While the location and host were excellent, the condition of the apartment means we would not stay here again.
