Amazing location, good space and owner was responsive

Absolutely great spot near the pantheon, didn’t get to meet the owner but she was very responsible via whatsapp. Property was easy to locate and was overall very clean and nice.

The host was friendly, responsive, and provided a great experience from start to finish. The location is undoubtedly the apartment’s strongest feature—right in the heart of everything, with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not live up to our expectations. The photos make it appear much nicer and more modern than it is in reality. While the cleaning staff did their best, the property is clearly showing its age and is in need of renovation. The kitchen and bathroom were particularly disappointing. The bathroom had mold in and above the shower, significant limescale buildup, and a very small sink for a two-bedroom apartment. The kitchen appliances were old and dusty, and the overall standard did not match what we expected for the price. There were also maintenance issues during our stay: the air conditioning in one bedroom was not working, and we experienced a full day without internet access. At more than €200 per night, we expected a considerably higher standard of accommodation. In addition, one of the bedrooms faces a busy street, making it noisy until late at night. Deliveries to the restaurant below begin early in the morning, so light sleepers may struggle to get a good night’s rest. While the location and host were excellent, the condition of the apartment means we would not stay here again.
