Never going ever again.

The bathroom was alright

Horrible communication, did not get a single message about what to do when I arrived at the address. I called the number provided and the person on the other side got really mad at me for speaking English, I tried multiple times to initiate a conversation, even just using single words to try and communicate but the owner did not care. I was very lucky to have a polish person with me who could take over the conversation, she had to calm him down first and after that he sent a message with instructions. However the code he sent did not even work… after some more messaging we finally got in. Was not very impressed, nothing like the pictures. There was dirt at places and hairs. Bed did not look very clean. There were some random wooden planks stacked on top of each other, very very odd. When it was time to head to bed I realized I only got one pillow and a blanket of 120x200 on a bed the size of 160x200, during my sleep the duvet was only half covering me so many times, very frustrating. So the next day I message about it using Google Translate, asking if I could have another pillow and a duvet that fits the bed, he told me I can pay 100zl for it, that’s it’s something you get when booking for two people not one person. I told him I’m not doing that and he said If I don’t like I can leave. Horrible customer service.

Na pewno wrócę ponownie!

Pobyt w apartamencie oceniam na szóstkę z plusem. Komunikacja z właścicielem była perfekcyjna – odpowiedzi szybkie, konkretne i bardzo życzliwe podejście do gościa. Po przyjeździe wszystko było przygotowane na najwyższym poziomie. Apartament nieskazitelnie czysty, pachnący, w pełni wyposażony, co sprawia, że człowiek od razu czuje się jak w domu. Wszystkie detale dopracowane, widać, że gospodarz bardzo dba o komfort i dobre samopoczucie swoich gości. Łóżko wygodne, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne, a lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo wygodna jako baza do poruszania się po Koszalinie i okolicy. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten apartament każdemu, kto szuka wygody, czystości i profesjonalnego podejścia. Na pewno wrócę ponownie!
