Obiekt położony w bardzo fajnym miejscu, zaledwie 100/150m od głównego planu miasta ale jednak dalej w zaciszu. Apartament w pełni wyposażony (jest tam dosłownie wszystko! :) ) Naprawdę hotele niektóre mogły by być tak wypełnione szczegółami i to potrzebnymi jak ten obiekt.

W obiekcie było chłodno ale nie było to aż tak jeszcze tragiczne - ale może warto zwrócić uwagę że noce są jeszcze chłodne i w dzień również nie przekracza jeszcze temperatury powyżej 15 stopni (grzał tylko grzejnik w łazience) - pobyt pod koniec marca.
