Good value for money, probably best place in Koszalin.

They asked me when I’m in the city, I say 11 am and they tell me I can check in at 11 am, wow! Very comfortable that I don’t have to wait until 2-3 with my suitcase to check in. The bed is comfortable and so is the couch.

I’ve stayed here before and it was a bit cleaner, the carpet-floor has gotten more stains and it honestly just wasn’t vacuumed properly either.

Best in Koshalin

Staying at City Apartments very often, because it’s always clean and cozy. Staf is super friendly, always helps if anything happens (had problems with heating or late check in), breakfast for one person would feed probably 3 people ☺️ Keep doing a great job, guys! 🌼

Great apartment, but there were sum minor problems.

Very nice, cosy apartment with useful facilities. Great bed (big and long) and spacious bathroom. Underground parking place was a bonus.

Collecting keys on arrival was really problematic. The entrance, where we were supposed to collect the keys was locked. Nobody answered my several phone calls. We waited more than half an hour till somebody told us, that collecting keys is available through a small window at the other side off the building. No information in e-mails or on booking.com. Nobody told us about it earlier. Also in the whole apartment there was very unpleasant smell, which has it source in a shower outlet. It needed lots of water to be removed. Also there were a lot of different keys to different doors which was really annoying.

Czystość na ogromny plus, ogromne łóżko! Woda na przywitanie. Fajnie, że było żelazko i deska do prasowania i suszarka w pokoju.

Poprzez złe odczytanie instrukcji kodu - mógłby być bardziej czytelny dla osób, które rzadko korzystają z noclegów - nie mogłam dostać się do budynku o północy oraz nie odbieranie telefonu w tym wypadku przez personel. Jednakże zostało mi to zrekompensowane śniadaniem więc personel jednak naprawił swój błąd. Brakowało mi śmietanki do kawy takiej malutkiej, Dodam jeszcze tylko jeden minus, dość było mi zimno, brak sterowania temperaturą. Czułam ogrzewanie podłogowe tylko w łazience i tam było przyjemnie natomiast w pokoju i salonie lekko zmarzłam. Więcej minusów brak. I tak uważam, że są to bardzo fajne, komfortowe noclegi w Koszalinie.

Apartament śliczny, wszystko co człowiek by chciał. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Niestety drugiej nocy sąsiedzi z góry prawdopodobnie odpalili pralkę i od godziny 22 do późnych godzin nocnych coś stukało przy suficie. Poza tym, nie mam nic do zarzutu. Nad lokatorami z góry niestety obiekt nie ma kontroli.

Przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament

Przestrony i czysty apartament z balkonem. Wszystko czego potrzebujesz: ręczniki, wyposażenie kuchni, a nawet pralka, żelazko. Miękkie wygodne łóżka. Spędziliśmy tam tylko na jedną noc, ale chętnie zostalibyśmy dłużej.

Warto wspomnieć, że klucze są do odebrania pod innym adresem niż mieszkanie (to mieszkanie akurat było blisko biura, ale mają też inne apartamenty które są dalej; dla nas jako osób bez auta byłaby to bardzo niemiła niespodzianka). Ta informacja powinna znajdować się w opisie obiektu.

Die Lage ist perfekt,direkt im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurant vorder Haustür. Im Zentrum aber sehr ruhig. Schon im Eingang riecht es sehr frisch.

Das einzige was ich ändern würde sind die Bettdecken. Wäre schon wenn die nach den Jahreszeiten angepasst werden. Die im Zimmer gewesen ist war mir viel zu dick für den Sommer.

Wrócimy !

Kurczę no wszystko było extra 🤩 Piękny pokój, wyposażony we wszystko co moglibyśmy potrzebować, w łazience zachwyciłam się lusterkiem do makijażu (mąż mniej bo teraz będzie montować takie u nas w domu😉), a łóżko było takie duże, że się w nim musieliśmy szukać 😀

Nie zauważyliśmy minusów, zadbali o wszystko 😀

Apartament bardzo ładny, wygodny, łóżka ok. Było wszystko co niezbędne, łącznie z suszarką, ręcznikami, ekspresem do kawy i sejfem. Cicho i spokojnie, do morza jakieś 20-30 minut autem. Parking wprawdzie niewielki ale nie mieliśmy problemu z miejscem.

Cicha okolica, a na wyciągnięcie ręki przemiły ryneczek z kolorowymi fontannami. Kameralny blok. Miejsce w garażowcu (za dopłatą 30 zł). Apartament bardzo ładny, czysty, z ogromnym łóżkiem plus dostawka dla dziecka. Na wyposażeniu wszystko czego było nam potrzeba.

Второй раз именно в этих апартаментах. Везде чистенько. Есть все необходимое для долгого проживания. Обильный вкусный завтрак, который приносят в номер в назначенное время.

Ще раз тут би не зупинилася

Затишно. Хороше розташування

Подорожувала з чоловіком і дитиною три роки. При резервації вказала, що хочу щоб був включений сніданок. Сюрпризом стало те, що для дитини чимось сніданок не передбачався!!! Ще у ванні був тільки один набір рушників! Не було питної води. Чомусь мені букінг запропонував ці апартаменти, хоча я поставила фільтр «готелі».
