-Shower leaking - bathroom floor flooded after taking a shower -Iron leaking from underneath. Tried to iron, left limescale stains on my shirt. The entire container of water leaked on the floor after iron was left standing on the ironing board - no curtains in the bedroom just external shutters. Curtains were visible on the pictures of the property though - safe locked on arrival, could not use it - no coffee pods available, last time I stayed a couple of coffee pods were provided

We highly recommend this accommodation for a stays in Koszalin

We have traveled extensively but we have seldom encountered such attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are very nicely and comfortably furnished and offer everything you could need in a holiday apartment and are sparkling clean. It's also just a few steps to Koszalin Town Hall and Town Hall Square. If we should come back to Koszalin, we already know where we'll book again

Nothing because everything was great. If you were looking for something to complain about, you might think of the lack of a dishwasher as a criticism. So one would rather talk about luxury problems here.

I am very happy with the breakfast , I wish for more variety because when you stay for a few days you kind of get tired of the same selection but there's no complaining about the quality of food food was great the location of the apartment was awesome I couldn't ask for more exceeded my expectation as far as the quality of the apartment cleanliness

There is some setback to getting in touch with someone in the office when's the office closes nobody answers the phone

The location and room are great. The staff, very friendly and helpful.

The boiler did not work well. It only had two possibilities: scorching hot or ice cold. Nothing inbetween. Also, the boiler is placed in the shower which is a possible health risk (CO emissions) with no good ventilation. Should be replaced by an elecectic version or moved to a different spot in the apartment. Breakfeast was delivered at the door a half hour earlier than ordered and was incorrect.

Wszystko. Brudna i śmierdząca speluna! Zniszczenia. Brak konserwacji sprzętu. Wszystko obklejone i pomazane. Pralka jak wywleczona ze złomowiska. Lustro w łazience jak ze śmietnika. Kosz na odpadki w pokoju zardzewiały i pogięty. Dozowniki do mydła obrzydliwie brudne! Po prostu TRAGEDIA!!!! Bierzecie tyle kasy za wynajem a warunki jak dla jakiś meneli w przytulisku!

Ładnie, czysto, warto

Bardzo czysty, świeży i nowoczesny apartament. Świetna lokalizacja, parking dostępny przed budynkiem, łatwe zameldowania. Ładna i pachnąca klatka schodowa. Warto podkreślić jeszcze raz - bardzo czysto.

1) Straszne poduszki. Pod ciężarem samej głowy 4krtonie zmniejszają swoja objętość i nie dają żadnego podparcia. Na dodatek są z pierza... w tych czasach to raczej nic fajnego. Wszyscy po jednej nocy obudziliśmy się z bólem karku. 2) Prysznic dość mocno przecieka w rogach i robi się basen w łazience 3) 3 godziny przed zameldowaniem dostajemy wiadomość w której wyraźnie jest napisane - "wejście do recepcji zlokalizowane jest z tyłu budynku". Idziemy, a tam na drzwiach kartka - "recepcja z przodu budynku". Niepoważne :)
