Warwick Road Rooms

People forget what they paid and expect champagne on a beer budget! I remembered exactly what I paid, and for that price, I expected a tent Earls Court without a blanket. That’s not what I got. 10/10 for value. Bravo!

That some people who pays very little has the audacity to complain about this premises . You want fancy you pay fancy.

Close to station

Bit dated. Telly hit and miss and double bed not quite fitted out as a double.

Tutto. Questo è uno di quei posti che diventano “del cuore”.

Niente. Tutto perfetto.

Michael, the front desk person was kind and polite. His emails to check on arrival were professional and courteous. There was a kitten at the front desk to enjoy. The beds were clean and pretty comfortable. The location is fantastic and convenient to the Earls Court tube.

Odd and unpleasant smells. No A/C which is on us because we didn’t check. Didn’t look to have been cleaned in a long time; very dusty, dirty walls, etc. No fresh towels or room service although we asked twice. Very minimal and old furniture in a very tiny room. The shower would decrease to a literal trickle and the temp could not be adjusted-it was extremely hot. We found another shower in the hall and used that instead. Several lightbulbs were burned out.
