The apartment is in a very central and handy location within easy walking distance of the Cathedral and the main sights of the city centre. It was quiet at night, with ample hot water and all the facilities we required.

The code for us to gain access to the premises via the key lock box was not given to us until the actual time we were allowed entry into the apartment (16:00 - a bit late in the afternoon, ideally), and the process of getting in to the building itself (via two security-controlled entrance doors which required us to phone an automatic number for initial access) was tedious and over-complicated (we did not know about these access difficulties when we booked the property). Some of the furnishings in the property, particularly the cupboards in the bedrooms, are now tired and need updating.

L'emplacement est idéal : au centre, on peut tout visiter à pied. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Appartement bien équipé. Accès très pratique. Contact WhatsApp ou via Booking avec le loueur qui est de bon conseil. Je recommande cet appartement à 100 %.

Il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble donc bruyant le matin : pas de grasse matinée. Toutefois ceci est ponctuel.

A lovely apartment within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable and clean with everything you need apart from a corkscrew ;) The communication was brilliant and friendly.at all times. Lovely beds, streaming service on TV which is always a bonus. Mas supermarket just down the road has everything you need, I think I ate my body weight of ice cream at Gloria & Rositas - try the almond and orange. Seville is such a beautiful city we had a fabulous time even if the weather was challenging at times. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.
