L'accueil, lam'appartement magnifique et emplacement idéal.

You get the entire apartment to yourself, and the location is excellent. There are two very good all-in-one pizzerias/bakery/coffee shops, one directly opposite, another one is 1 min walk from the apartment. You can literally go downstairs, grab fresh pastries and coffee, and be back in your room within 5 mins in the morning. There are also several good-quality grocery stores within a 5-min walk. Most of Florence’s main attractions are within a 10–20 minute walk. The Duomo and Accademia Gallery are only about 5 minutes away, while Firenze SMN train station and the Uffizi Gallery are around 15 minutes away. The apartment is very new and very clean and well maintained. The bed, pillows, blankets and all the bedding were comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent. Although there is a restaurant directly opposite, we could not hear any noise from inside the apartment and slept very well. The bathroom was excellent — clean and very comfortable to use. The host was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Overall, this was a very private, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Florence.

The only minor downside was that the air conditioning in the living room felt slightly underpowered for the July heat. Even with both units running, the living-room temperature did not drop below around 23°C. However, I think it would be perfectly adequate in other months. The bedroom air conditioning worked very well with the bedroom door closed. It is comfortably cool and you will sleep tight without temperature issue even under July heat.

Located right in the tourist district; a quick walk to the Central Market, Duomo, Uffizi, and more. We took advantage of this and went out and about in the morning and evenings, away from the crowd and heat midday. The apartment is large and spacious, and it was easy to keep tidy throughout our stay. The host gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

I really wish it has a washer, but the laundromat was close by.

I truly thought the accommodation was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our host was very attentive, kind, and always made sure to help us whenever we needed anything. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and he made us feel very welcome from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence, and I would be happy to stay here again.
