The location is superb. So close to everything, including train station. Street has so many restaurants and cafes. Host was kind enough to let us check in earlier, which was so nice of him as it was super hot outside.

Super nice and welcoming host, seamless self checkin (rare thing in Florence), great location a few steps from Palazzo Medici, great value.

The location was exceptional!!!
One of the windows couldn't be opened. Difficult to get the door keys (box doesn't open smoothly). Minor things need fixing.
