The location of the place was excellent, close to restaurants, cafés, bus stops, the airport, and Old Quebec. We loved that the place was very clean and had everything we needed for a lovely and comfortable stay.
The only suggestion I would make is to fix the door. At first, we thought we couldn’t access the place with the code, but we realized that you have to turn the handle while pushing the door firmly.

Bien situé pour accéder à la haute ville rapidement
La vétusté de l’entrée extérieure et de la salle de bains, peu d’accessoire de cuisine, véranda vétuste attenante à la cuisine qui assombrie le logement. L’accès au wifi déficient et pas de solution tentée par l’hôte a part de me dire de me connecter à un autre appareil et que le problème n’existait pas dans le logement d’en bas.
