Amazing apartment 1BR-4P - Centre Beaubourg

The apartment is in an excellent location. Loads of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and a laudry nearby. 4 to 8 mins to metro 3/4 lines. With less than 20mins walk you can reach Cathedrale Notre-Dame, River Seine and nearby landmarks. The apartment is spacious for our family of three. Spacious toilet with strong and hot shower. Cleaning products, cutleries are well stocked. There are 2 TVs, 2 sinks in toilet and kitchen and 2-sided built-in fridges! Strong wifi (remember to check your log in and password before arrival as it's not written/listed in the apartment). The building is safely guarded. The apartment, lobby and surroundings are clean. It's on 4th floor and luckily there is a small lift. We didn't meet with the host but who responses quick to our enquiries.

The toilet smells badly and there is no ventilation. Toilet seat cover, towel rack and the windows needed a fix. 2 rolls of toilet tissues are not enough for 5 days for 3 people. The sofa bed is squeaky when you get up, pillows are soft which is not our preference. No washing machine (booking.com misleaded). Maybe we arrived on a Saturday night and people stayed up late so the street was noisy until 2~3am, the rest of nights were a bit quiet. There were always police/ambulance sirens, it's Paris life!?

Lo rápido que se pusieron en contacto conmigo después de tener una horrible experiencia con el anterior apartamento que booking nos tuve que reubicar siendo las 21:00 de la noche

Recomendaría un poco más de limpieza sobre todo en el baño por todo lo demás genial.

+ Situation géographique pour visiter Paris (métro/RER à proximité) + Equipements + Appartement rénové mais qui manque d'entretien (nombreux éléments cassés : étagères, porte papier toilette...) + Possibilité de laisser nos sacs avant l'heure d'entrée

- Literie catastrophique : chambre > matelas pas de la même dimension que le sommier + canapé/lit sommier tête de lit cassé (voir photos) - Appartement très bruyant donnant sur la rue Beaubourg - Une fenêtre sans fermeture occultante - Communication minimaliste avec l'hôte voir parfois sans réponse (pas de réponse pour ouvrir la porte lors du checkin heureusement qu'une résidente nous a ouvert la porte)
