Limpio y buena ubicación. Cómodo.

Un estudio pequeño pero en una ubicación genial, todo muy limpio, cama cómoda, baño muy práctico y amplio, además muy buena comunicación con la dueña que incluso nos dejó un par de horas más a la salida 🥰🥰

Era pequeño pero suficiente para lo que necesitamos

The communication with the owner was excellent. The property was well described. The apartment was very clean. It is well located near two different metro stops. The neighborhood is filled with many restaurants.

The apartment is quite small. It is a place to sleep and use the bathroom and not much else, even though there is a small cooktop and refrigerator. The apartment is utterly plain. Although it is completely clean, there is nothing to make it pretty in any way. You do have to be sure you are willing to go up the 51 steps to get there. For those who are noise-sensitive, there are certain issues. The place does get a decent cross-breeze if both the windows are open. However, the street outside is narrow and even normal conversation is amplified. It was hot when I was there, so using the air conditioning unit was possible, but it requires that you open the window (vertical opening) and put the large tube outside. So, the unit itself is quite noisy (there is no fan speed control that I could find), forcing you to choose between street noise or machine noise.
