Not a Bad 2 day Break.

Access to the property was via text with relevant instructions and door codes. Generally the property is well decorated but there is some minor areas where through wear and tear need attention. Well stocked kitchen a very nice south facing balcony which has chairs and table and on warm days & evening it would be nice to sit out there with a drink. The location is great and there are 2 parking spaces (1st come gets the spaces) there are 2 x 1 bedroom apartments as well. Whilst I have written comments on the negative if the mattress were update we would certainly stay there again.

The mattress on the double bed is very poor in quality and support. It looks deep and when you push down on it it feels springy, but when you lay on it there is not support the springs makes noises and it does not aid a good nights sleep it needs replacing with a better quality one. our friends said the king size was not too bad. The apartment is a nice large size one bedroom has a nice size on suite shower, there is a bathroom with a large bath but surprisingly there is not over the bath shower which makes having a shower awkward as you have to negotiate with the other bedroom when you can have a shower as an early riser I like to shower first thing but you have to wait some time after they have risen and have used it before you can get in there, an over bath shower would be a positive addition. The water is provided by a hot water tank somewhere so don't have a bath then 3 people want a shower as there will be no hot water for an hour.

Unfortunately we stayed on the coldest weekend of the year and the apartment was very cold. I’m sure it would be lovely in the summer with the bifold doors and balcony.

A lot to like but a lot to not like

Very spacious apartment (apartment 2 of 3) in fantastic location in town centre. Great if you're just wanting to leave the car and wander around. Easy to walk to restaurants, cafes etc. Has a deck which is a lovely bonus on a sunny day being able to sit outside. Quite well equipped with a coffee pod machine and the coffee pods supplied being an added bonus.

Found bed in bedroom with ensuite extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows. Made for a couple of very sleepless nights. Matress was hard bit also quite thin. Some people might like hard mattresses though. We had some minor issues which were advised at the time to the company leasing out the apartment. Some things should have been rectified before anyone rented the apartment. Also it wasn't until after we made the booking we were made aware there are only 2 parking spaces for 3 apartments otherwise you can pay for parking at Co-op across the road. We were lucky enough to get 1 of the free parking spaces but it is a first come first serve basis. Apartment is a bit noisy as there are a number of long term tenants coming and going and all the doors in and out of building and apartments bang loudly when they shut. Apartment needs quite abit of TLC. Photos make it look immaculate but it's not and we were advised they are currently doing maintenance on the apartment we were in. Maybe this needs finishing before renting it out for holiday accommodation.

Not much

Very noisy and loud. Isn’t as clean as it looks on the pictures. The cleaning staff are very rude, i lost my £150 deposit because I didn’t take the rubbish out? And there was juice spilt on the carpet in which i witnessed the cleaners spilt lol. The people who own this are rude. They are took my deposit because i checked out a little bit late due to my 4 month old being poorly. Ridiculous tbh. Not what i expected for what i paid, cost £450 in total. Ridiculous. All i smelt was cannabis when staying in this apartment too. i left my gold earrings here at this apartment and my gold bracelet on the living room windowsill and was told there was nothing there!! £800 worth of gold lost, they were sentimental to me too!!

Spacious modern apartment, just what we needed whilst visiting friends, would stay again 🙂

Easy to find, very spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

Would be nice to close off the outside space if you don’t know the other people staying in the adjacent apartment, it ended up raining when we were there so didn’t effect us but had it been sunny it’d be nice to have a little something inbetween.

The proximity to town. Clean and modern with comfortable beds. Nice to have tea and a decent coffee machine with pods.

There was a lack of cutlery (only 2 teaspoons) same for glasses and crockery (only 3 mugs). Also nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom. But these are small things.

It was clean and tidy problems with getting in as booking .com sent me the wrong address and door code that caused some stress

The patio doors was locked no key but it was fixed the second day

Great location but disappointing stay

The location was excellent

The beds were very uncomfortable and the duvet was cheap and awful. There was no shower, not even a handheld one, in the main bathroom. Door handles were falling off and there was a horrible smell coming from the ensuite. It didn’t live up to the photos!

Beautifully clean. Stylish design. Plenty of space - we were surprised how much space there was.

The sofa bed mattress was so thin and sagged in the middle. I was sharing it with my 6 year old and we rolled into each other. Very uncomfortable.

Die Lage ist super. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und Market Harborough ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit Geschäften, Supermarkt, Apotheke/Drogerie und Cafés. Es ist komfortabel ausgestattet und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (eins mit Dusche, das zweite mit Badewanne), einen großen Wohn-/Ess- und Küchenbereich mit Zugang auf eine große Terrasse 😊 Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck für ein Apartment, das mit mind. 4 Personen gebucht wird. An der Badewanne wäre ein Schlauch mit Duschkopf sinnvoll, die Handbrause in der Dusche war nicht funktionstüchtig.
