Квартира очень удачно расположена по отношению к центру города. 10 минут и вы в самом центре города, удобный доступ к магазинам и достопримечательностям. В целом квартира очень удачная, хозяева по нашей просьбе оставили нам на время отпуска утюг и всегда были на связи.

Первое к чему мы готовились - это бар который работает 6 дней в неделю и находится на первом этаже здания, летом с открытыми окнами, к сожалению спать у вас не получится. В квартире есть кондиционер, но тогда вы лишите себя свежего воздуха. Так же сама по себе улица достаточно шумная. Это наверное основной был минус нашего пребывания в этой квартире неделю в июне.

Excellent location, seven minute walk from Ponte Pietra. It feels like having your own apartment. Very comfortable and modern bathroom with a window. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom, equipped for cooking, with a table that I also used as a desk (excellent Wi-Fi!), and the bedroom is spacious, bright, and has soft fresh sheets.

The location was excellent. Property was a good size and decently updated.

Host was not good with communication. The AC wasn’t working upon our arrival which was problematic with the temperature outside being 32 C. It was extremely hot in the unit so we had to leave to find somewhere cool to wait for the issue to be resolved. The host took a couple of hours to respond letting us know they would send a maintenance man and then did not tell us when the issue was resolve. We messaged a couple of times to ask but they did not respond until the next day. For a 5-day stay, we were given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper so we asked the host if there was more somewhere in the apartment. Almost 2 days later, they responded telling us where a store was for us to go buy some ourselves. The host’s slow communication made the issues more problematic than they needed to be. We were put in a different unit than the one pictured. In the bigger unit where we stayed, three is one air conditioning unit for the apartment and it’s located in the entryway rather than in the bedroom. AC does not flow into the bedroom very well, only cooling the entrance of the unit, which made it difficult to feel cool at night. We sweat most nights during our stay and would not recommend this unit in the summertime.
