Big beautiful flat. I was happy with the stay, and I'd be happy to stay again, and to recommend it to others.
Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels.
1. There's a gap under the shower door, so a lot of water escapes and flooded the bathroom floor. I didn't report this but if they see this, it might bring it to their attention. I see other reviews have mentioned this. It meant the bathroom floor was wet from most of my stay. Then a bit smelly as the water on the floor became stale.
2. WiFi wasn't great. Often disconnected, and was very slow.
3. The food bowls are miniscule. I ate from the mixing bowl, as their plates could barely contain anything.
If these things could be sorted, it would have been perfect.

Es war alles komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war super. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Verona.
Das einzige Manko war, dass das WLAN etwas instabil war. Das war aber auch alles.

The apartment is located in a historic building right by the river, near a beautiful bridge — just cross it and you’re in the very heart of Verona. The area is wonderful and very convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, with high wooden ceilings, classic Italian furniture, and charming window shutters — it really feels like an authentic Italian home. The atmosphere is cozy, and the balcony, though small, adds a nice touch.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our entire 3-night stay, despite contacting the host from day one. The interior doors were noisy and didn’t close properly, several power sockets didn’t fit standard plugs (even though I had checked in advance), and in the bathroom, the sink drained slowly and water leaked from the shower onto the floor. Nothing major, but enough to notice.

Purtroppo abbiamo alcune critiche/suggerimenti da evidenziare: lavastoviglie da scaricare, sovraccarica, con diverse stoviglie sporche; poche stoviglie in generale (es. 2 cucchiaini per 4 persone). Alcune mancanze importanti come prodotti per igiene personale, carta da cucina/tovaglioli. Tappetino in bagno con numerose formiche... Considerata la posizione e la bellezza dell'appartamento, si suggerisce in generale una maggior cura nei dettagli e nell'accoglienza dei clienti (es. eviterei il sacchetto welcome-kit con i soli prodotti per la pulizia della cucina)
