* a review made by a hotel receptionist ~ everything I would want to know as a guest* Location was the best thing about this property. A 5minute walk to Gangnam Subway Station and you’re on the green line which gets you to the main tourist spots in Seoul. There are many convenience stores, restaurant, cafes and shopping areas close by also! Everything inside of the apartment was just fine :) It’s a cozy apartment for visiting Seoul, and has everything you need, if you’re a long stay guest. It is a big apartment for a 1 bedroom, most likely a lot bigger than other properties, which I really liked that it was spacious ~ just no balcony, but an okay lower view of the streets and buildings outside the window. The large window gave a lot of sunlight to the room which was nice :) They give you a bedding set up bag with everything you need, however, I did find more towels, blankets and pillows in the cupboards if needed (plus hangers, which was great). They give you Korean rubbish bags also 1x blue one for food waste and 1x for general waste. I did find more of these in the cupboards if you are staying for a few weeks. On the ground level, there are 2x areas to dispose rubbish - the back, which is your main area for plastics, cans, vinyls, boxes and cardboards, etc and then the front where food waste and general rubbish goes. Make sure you organise your rubbish correctly, or you could get fined in Korea, as they have cameras in the rubbish areas. In other cupboards also, I found extra amenities for the bathroom and cleaning products, this includes a hair dryer too, plus a vacuum cleaner, which came in handy as I shed quite a lot of hair and like to keep my space clean. Aircon was a no-brainer staying here in May, as it is coming up to Summer, and gets reallyyyy hot here in Seoul ~ so the aircon worked really well, I kept it on 23 degrees and it was a lifesaver during my stay! I loved that the apartment has 2 full body mirrors!

* The bathroom sink is broken, so the water from the bathroom tap leaks into the shower. *The wooden living room table was higher than the TV unit and the couch was also low, so I found it a bit odd to eat at the table on the couch (there are also many chairs surrounding the table, available) * I couldn’t figure out how to get the TV working with Netflix and YouTube. They have it on HDMI 1 with TV but no English subtitles available, only Korean TV channels! Keep in mind to maybe bring a laptop with you on your trip. * Washing Machine but no dryer in the apartment; but there are 2x washing line hangers, which was very handy! * They didn’t have any Hand Wash or Soap in the bathroom or kitchen sink, so I had to go out and by some * The water pressure in the shower was very slow and soft, and not much water comes out. But if you turn it all the water to the left (hot) it comes out as boiling hot water, so I suggest turning the lever to the middle part first, because I got shocked every time it turned burning hot. I would also like to mention that I wish the shower door was a sliding door, not a door that pushes into the shower, as it became quite awkward to exit the shower every time if you’re a bigger person like myself. The bathroom size was also a decent size, not too big and not small either.
