Gangnam, about a 6-minute walk from Seolleung Station, Daechi academy district

The host was super thoughtful. We arrived on a warm day, and she came to turn on the a/c before we arrived. We walked it with really nice scent and cozy lightings. She provided everything thoughtfully in every details to stay really comfortably. The communication was exceptional.

Only minor thing was it’s about 6-minute walk from Seolleung Station and up the stairs without elevators. Still a great location and easy access for its comfort, price point, and host’s kindness. Wouldn’t have changed to anything else.

Honestly I would return. I come to work near that area, and I had never rented an apartment before in Seoul even though I come quite often. Not only the apartment is great, the host was lovely! They even gave us some gifts❤️ I absolutely recommend this apartment is comfortable, easy to access and everything is exactly as shown. We disn’t really use the kitchen amenities, but we did have to use the steamer and washine machine (if you have korean bbq you’ll know!) and it was very practical. I have nothing but great words for the location but mostly also to the host that excels at communication and helpfulness! Thank you so much❤️ the last day showering I tripped and broke a soap holder and she was not only understanding but caring.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The interior is in pleasant pastel colors. All the necessary amenities for a couple of weeks' stay are included. We used an online translator to figure out how to operate the heating system and washing machine. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location is very convenient in the city, as the nearest subway station is on the green line (the Seoul Circle Line), and the Seongsu district or Lotte World are both just half an hour away. The major sites like Namsan or Gyeongbokgung Palace is 45 minutes away. Apartment is an 8-minute walk from the subway, and you can turn onto a nearby street with bars and late-night restaurants, which are always bustling in the evening. COEX Starfield is also a 20-minute walk away, and we ended up there several times during our two-week stay. There are 24-hour stores, pharmacies, and a Daiso within short walking distance. Check-in and check-out are contactless and can be done at any time, if arranged with the hosts. The hosts are very polite and respond quickly to messages on the platform. It was a little inconvenient that there was no storage space for clothes except for the entrance hanger.
