Cottage by the Sea Nedonna Beach Getaway

The cottage was very clean and was happy to find utensils, cooking and baking ware supplied as well as towels and clean linens. They had a pretty big yard, nice neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. Had a very nice experience for a nice birthday weekend staying near the beach.

The kitchen was a great size and a good lay out of how a kitchen should be. Great way to use the space. Also the upstairs master room had a comfortable bed. My wife and I liked the open concept of the room. Being able to hear the ocean so close was quite the experience.

The stairs. I felt like the depth of the stair was tall.

The location and amenities provided are amazing. All interactions with the host were all positive even when we broke a glass. We were greeted with a complimentary snack basket for a movie night. There was a binder full of all the things you needed to know for your stay as well as a bulitin board by the front door with more information

The bathroom door lock was broken but we notified the hosts and they planned to fix it. Although most of the house was clean and tidy the shower was missed and not clean and the floors weren’t vacuumed but we only discovered that after dropping a blanket on the floor and then picking it back up with black fur all over it. Hosts were notified and planned to follow up with the hired cleaner. The washer though was very moldy but I assumed it’s cause it’s a front load and most guests probably don’t leave the door open to dry. And the instructions on how to find the front door was confusing, it could’ve just been explained as the back of the house is where the front door is located not the sliding glass door at the front street view of the house.
