This is located in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Though we didn't use it, the option of having a fire pit outside was lovely.
There was a code to open the door, but the instructions weren't 100% clear. We finally figured it out after a few times. Same for making sure the door was locked.

The location was probably the best part of this home. It was in close proximity of where our daughter lives and an easy walk to the beach. The open area of the kitchen, tv area was also nice. The bathrooms had great water pressure too.
The bed in the master needs to be replaced. My husband and I rolled into the middle of the bed every night. The sheets also need to be replaced. They are cheap, pilled, and uncomfortable. The carpet has also seen better days.

Location was perfect with short walk to the beach and walking trails. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back. The house was comfortable and good for pets.
The master bed was very uncomfortable (needs box springs or support of some kind). There was no dish drainer so drying the dishes was a bit tricky.
