L'appartement est trés bien situé, propre et tout comme sur les photos. Je recommande vivement pr une famille de 4 personnes. Le personnel est disponible et à l'écoute 👍

Emplacement parfait et au calme. Literie confortable Bel espace pour 4 personnes (sauf peut être pour les repas). Service de conciergerie super, réactivité et communication de qualité

Appartement qui mériterait d’être davantage entretenu : climatiseur défectueux, porte serviette et porte savon à refixer au mur, joints de carrelage.. Parking à proximité mais attention aux écarts de prix!! entre plaza nueva 22€/24h et magdalena 36€/24h par exemple

The best thing is the management, Genteel Homes. They were responsive, communicative, and delivered excellent service. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, food markets, shops, and attractions. We were given good supplies of towels, coffee, tea, etc. We really appreciated having two bathrooms, each one with toilet and shower, a rare find. Overall, this was a a very good value for the price.

The apartment is perfectly adequate but not spacious, we didn’t mind but this is written for information. Seniors need to step out of shower carefully, there is nothing secure to hold as you are stepping out.
