El apartamento esta todo nuevo, impecable, y a 5 minutos andando del Alcazar y la Catedral, situación inmejorable. Los responsables del apartamento se preocuparon en todo momento de saber si todo estaba bien o habíamos tenido algún problema o necesitábamos algo. No hay nada de ruido porque da a un patio del edificio grande, muy bonito lleno de plantas.

This property is right in the heart of Seville, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and all of the places that tourists visit, such as the cathedral and the Real Alcázar. Communication from the company before our arrival was excellent and we particularly liked the keyless entry system. The apartment was well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a stay of several days, including a dishwasher and washing machine. It was spotlessly clean, and plenty of toiletries and towels were provided in the lovely bathroom. We had a small problem with the air conditioning but an engineer was sent and he sorted the issue in no time. We would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again when we return to Seville!

Great location, cute building complex, great to have a place with a washing machine included. Access to the complex and communication before arrival was easy.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It bowed in the middle making both of us roll into the middle all night which really hurt our backs. The complex entry smelt like sewage. The shower drain cover was a slip hazard because it floated up with water.
