Magno Apartments Álvarez Quintero

This property is right in the heart of Seville, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and all of the places that tourists visit, such as the cathedral and the Real Alcázar. Communication from the company before our arrival was excellent and we particularly liked the keyless entry system. The apartment was well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a stay of several days, including a dishwasher and washing machine. It was spotlessly clean, and plenty of toiletries and towels were provided in the lovely bathroom. We had a small problem with the air conditioning but an engineer was sent and he sorted the issue in no time. We would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again when we return to Seville!

Very good, stylish and clean apartment in the very centre of Sevillha. Literally 3 minutes by foot from the cathedral and 7 minutes from Alcazar. Well-equipped kitchen. Calm and not noisy.

Getting access to the apartment could be impossible if we didn't encounter a local resident and he didn't let us enter the building. The bed was a bit too soft for my friend. Also, we couldn't access the WiFi, so used our own net. Finally, we had some problems with a shower since we lacked the hot water in the boiler.

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Localisation idéale pour visiter la vieille. Très calme.

Great location, cute building complex, great to have a place with a washing machine included. Access to the complex and communication before arrival was easy.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It bowed in the middle making both of us roll into the middle all night which really hurt our backs. The complex entry smelt like sewage. The shower drain cover was a slip hazard because it floated up with water.
