Duży, przestronny apartament, dwie sypialnie i salon z balkonem, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Położony niedaleko dworca kolejowego i dobrze skomunikowany z całym miastem. Niedaleko przystanek tramwajowy, bezpośredni dojazd do Stadionu Śląskiego w Chorzowie, co ułatwiło nocny powrót po koncercie. Ulica, przy której jest apartament, jest głośna, ale przy zamkniętych oknach, nie słychać hałasów, niewątpliwą zaletą jest klimatyzacja i bliskość sklepu spożywczego.
Przydałby się ekspres do kawy, ale to drobiazg przy innych zaletach tego miejsca.

Bardzo duży apartament spokojnie 4-5 osób, bardzo przyjemna pościel. Klucze do odbioru na kod więc bez problemu o każdej porze. Kuchnia bardzo ładna, salon duży. Tuż obok dworca PKP.
Trochę połamane kafelki na podłodze w łązience.
