- świetna lokalizacja, blisko PKP, galeria, atrakcje (rynek, spodek), restauracje, przystanek na lotnisko zaraz pod budynkiem - dla fanów PRL apartament mieści się w kultowej Superjednostce - jasna instrukcja co do wejścia do apartamentu - bardzo czysto - bezpiecznie (na dole ochrona) - dostęp do widnej kuchni - niezła cena - Żabka pod blokiem
- w telewizorze tylko chyba z 5 kanałów - wywalcie tę sztuczną pościel, bo człowiek cały spocony latem się dusi - kiepski (żaden) widok z okien, cały czas trzeba mieć zasłony, bo z dołu wszytko widać - za dnia czasem słychać rozmowy pod blokiem - maleńkie ręczniki - brak wieszaka w łazience

„Apartament z jedną sypialnią” to raczej kpina a nie apartament. Tytułowy „apartament” to najzwyczajniej jeden pokój z łazienką. Powinno być to nazwane po imieniu, a nie tworzenie czegoś czego nie ma. To po prostu KAWALERKA. Nie wiem komu wpadł pomysł nazywanie tego „apartamentem” ale chyba ten ktoś musi sprawdzić sobie definicję tego słowa.
