L'appartement est très bien situé. À proximité de tout., notemment d'un grand parc où on y trouve de tout sur place et en prime un grand parc d'attraction et un zoo. En sortant de l'appartement, le parc est à peine à 1min . Téléphérique, jeux, et encore pleins d'autres choses... Également très bien situé pour les magasins. À peine à 5 min à pied. Ligne de bus présente.
Appartement très cosi, sympa, propre et bien aménagé.

Minden úgy van ahogy leírják illetve le van fényképezve.
Tiszta, meghitt otthoni hangulat. Mi 5 felnőtt mentünk konferenciára, de kényelmesen elfértünk. Merem mindenkinek ajánlani. A kulcsot illetve parkoló kártyát a postaládában találtuk, oda is kellett visszatenni. Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. Még valami. Gázfűtés van, bojler is arra megy. Mindenkinek volt meleg víz. ☺️

Ładnie urządzony apartament, opis zgodny z deklaracją. Miejsce parkingowe po samy apartamentem na zamykanym szlabanem wewnętrznym terenie. Wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. W pokojach wręcz gorąco. W pozostałych pomieszczeniach akceptowalnie chłodno, miło - grudzień :)
Pod prysznicem leci tylko gorąca woda. Bateria prysznicowa ma popsutą regulację temperatury. Przez ten defekt wzięcie prysznica jest prawie niemożliwe grozi poparzeniem. :( Pozostał elementy wyposażenia OK. W pokojach wręcz gorąco. W pozostałych pomieszczeniach akceptowalnie chłodno - grudzień :)

Pequeño apartamento con un salón cocina en L no muy amplio pero con instalaciones suficientes: horno, frigorífico, fuegos,...
Las camas no estaban mal.
Para el precio que tiene, cumple con la relación calidad precio.
No cuenta con una plaza propia de aparcamiento sino que se deja en la calle dentro de la urbanización por lo que puede no haber espacio.
El baño es muy pequeño y tiene corriente, por lo que se mueve la cortina de la ducha y el agua se sale mojando la zona de la puerta.
El sofá está debajo de la televisión por lo que resulta raro ver la televisión desde él.
No está muy céntrico ni hay demasiados servicios en el barrio.
El portal y el edificio por fuera necesitan un poco de mantenimiento.
