So clean and neat. The instructions were clear and easy to follow providing a smooth access to the property,

It was modern with an interedting decor. The apartment was clean, well-lit and situated in the city centre.
It felt cheap and chic. The sofa's legs were spread out due to previous excessive weight so the sofa was a "slippery sope". It had a hostel vibe. Plus there were some young people partying so the noise level was too much at night.

We were looking for accommodation for 2 families — 4 adults and 4 children — which we clearly stated in the reservation. Booking offered us 2 apartments as the ideal solution. However, when we arrived, the beds were prepared only for 4 people. The children had nowhere to sleep. We asked the accommodation to resolve the situation, but they only offered an additional room, which we of course did not agree to. In the end, we slept uncomfortably — three on one double bed and one on the couch… a disappointment.”
