The location was beautiful, literally steps away from the beach (which is BEAUTIFUL)! The living area had a kitchen/kichenette and the bedroom was spacious enough for myself, my husband and our 1.5 year old. The hosts did a great job of having child-friendly accommodations (i.e. board games, utensils for toddlers/kids, and they provided a pack-and-play!). They were courteous and very responsive to messages as well. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and bright.
Generally nothing the hosts could change but you could hear the thumping of the upstairs occupants very easily (it sounded like they were moving furniture..?), the AC unit was quite loud as well and unfortunately the king-sized bed was pretty uncomfortable..

We liked the fact it was on the beach. The condo unit was perfect in size and clean, well kept. Our goal was to be close to spring training Phillies for games but also to be on the beach! This did the trick. Liked the convenience of shopping and area restaurants were good. Would consider this property again in the future
Residence above this condo unit was inhabited by a very “heavy” walker which was very frequent and rather annoying, especially when sleeping in on vacation. Not sure if this person was an owner, a regular or a one time renter but it did dampen the experience.

Beautiful little condo on first level. Well equipped with all the amenities. Location was awesome. Beach access right out our door.
