We liked the fact it was on the beach. The condo unit was perfect in size and clean, well kept. Our goal was to be close to spring training Phillies for games but also to be on the beach! This did the trick. Liked the convenience of shopping and area restaurants were good. Would consider this property again in the future
Residence above this condo unit was inhabited by a very “heavy” walker which was very frequent and rather annoying, especially when sleeping in on vacation. Not sure if this person was an owner, a regular or a one time renter but it did dampen the experience.

This was the perfect getaway spot for my husband and I for a few days to escape the Michigan cold! You could not ask for a better location. The 30 second walk to the beach was so perfect and convenient! The small space was also completely stocked with everything you could possibly need - beach chairs, a small cooler, sunscreen, and so much more. We will definitely be back!
We thought based on the pictures it was going to have a balcony view.
