This is the hands down the most beautiful 1 BR/1BA on all of gulf boulevard. This beachfront condo is a spacious 804 square feet! Immaculate and newly remodeled corner unit with an open floor plan that optimizes every square inch. This classy beach front offers both style and comfort: neutrals, light woods and earthy textures plus a view of the Gulf of Mexico that will instantly give you a feeling of peace and serenity. Incredibly soft sand and watch beautiful sunsets every night from your private balcony. Tough-wearing plank flooring throughout with custom touches like ledges, huge mirrors, a 55 inch television, an extra long couch in the living room that is a bench cushion wide enough and long enough to sleep on as well as a queen size bed and a daybed in the bedroom. Gorgeous, updated light fixtures and a little coffee bar. New A/C and new impact sliding glass doors that open onto a dreamy pebble rock porch that is so private it feels more like a beach house than a condo. The condo was beautiful, clean, easy communication with the owners. We had a wonderful time and the view from the balcony overlooking the gulf was spectacular. A perfect place for a couple to vacation

This condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The owners have thought of everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The building and pool are clean. Beautiful views from the room or beach. Location is convenient to many nice restaurants. We will definitely be back.
